王新奎，經濟學博士、教授、博士生導師。1968年8月參加工作。1995年至2010年任上海對外貿易學院院長。曾任全國工商聯副主席、上海市政協副主席、上海市工商聯主席等職務?，F任全國政協常委、上海市政府參事室主任，上海WTO事務咨詢中心理事長兼總裁。

　　曾獲中國社會科學院建國30周年優秀論文評選二等獎等學術獎項多項，并先后獲得上海市先進教育工作者、全國優秀教師、國務院特殊津貼、國家勞動人事部中青年突出貢獻專家等榮譽稱號或獎勵。

Dr. Wang Xinkui

     Vice Chairman, China Society for WTO Studies

　　Mr. Wang Xinkui is Ph.D. in Economics, professor and Ph.D. supervisor. He began his career from August 1968. From 1995 to 2010, he served as President of Shanghai Foreign Trade College.

　　He used to be Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of Shanghai People's Political Consultative Committee, Chairman of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce.

　　Now he is the member of the National Committee of the CPPCC Standing Committee, Director of Shanghai Municipal Counselors’ Office, Chairman and President of Shanghai WTO Affairs Consultation Center.

　　He won a number of academic awards including the second prize in the Excellent Thesis Competition to celebrate the 30 anniversary of the founding of the PRC organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He also gained a number of titles of honor and rewards, such as Advanced Education Worker, National Outstanding Teacher, Special Allowance of the State Council and Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions of Ministry of Labour and Personnel of the PRC.
